The .exe files are often self extracting zip files. You can open them with the Linux archive manager. Then all you do is install the .pdb or .prc files, and sometimes some others might be listed in the documentation.

Or if the exe is really a program, you can try running it in wine.

All the modules in .exe are actually compressed rar + SFX. You can use rar for linux to uncompress it.
